Fundraising Information
Hamilton Farms offers a variety of fundraising opportunities for your school or non-profit organization to raise money. You may choose to do a "Plant sale" or a "Certificate Sale" in the Spring, Fall or Winter. Wreath and Roping Sales are run in the late fall.

Since Mother's Day is our peak season, we ask that you DO NOT call in your order.
Email or Fax it to us and then confirm receipt. If we do not receive your order one week in advance, you may be bumped from the delivery schedule.
Deliveries are scheduled on on a first come first served basis.
All applicable delivery charges will apply. Keep in mind that May is our PEAK season.
Our deliveries are scheduled either AM (7am until 12pm) or PM (1pm until 5pm).
We will make every effort to accommodate a requested time, however we cannot guarantee it.
Our driver is on a tight schedule and will deliver to your location, please be sure you have adequate persons to unload your plants.
Your cooperation will ensure a smooth and timely delivery for all.
